Bodily Autonomy policy supports a genuine public health response, one not driven by panic, incomplete evidence and totalitarian policy, to any public health emergency/crisis.

Australians should never be exposed to the incompetence of political leaders like they have been ever again.

Sensible Approach

• Trumpet of Patriots is committed to science and ethics-based actions in response to the Covid, and any other, pandemic. Safe and responsible response to pandemics that threaten the well-being of Australians is always critical. The plans in place prior to the Covid crisis in Australia were ignored at a massive social and economic cost to the Australian people. 
• Any response from the government must consider the broader well-being of all Australians, and the impact on the economy of Australia and must be entirely based upon evidence, not panic and hysteria or driven by conflicted advisers with skewed agendas. The response must not be based on models unrelated to reality.
• The policy to eradicate any virus within Australia is prohibited by section 5 of the Biosecurity Act 2015 which specifies that the ‘Appropriate Level of Protection for Australia against biosecurity risks’ is ‘a high level of sanitary and phytosanitary protection aimed at reducing biosecurity risks to a very low level, but not to zero. That is because the cost of elimination or eradication is excessive, with lockdowns even costing lives.
• All these matters had been considered in preparing Australia’s original pandemic plans, which had fully anticipated and prepared for all contingencies, including those much worse than the covid crisis. 
• It was, and remains, well known that most non-pharmaceutical interventions are best administered voluntarily, not coercively since that can breach human rights and ethics, and cause enormous harm to health, mental health, social harmony, and the economy.
• Trumpet of Patriots will follow the practices and rules prescribed in Australia’s original pandemic plans.

No border closures. No lockdowns. No Tracking.

• None of the original pandemic response plans included lockdowns. None had mandatory masks. None had closed borders. No mass scale contact tracing or QR codes.
• Our plan will keep borders open, ensure no lockdowns, end quarantines, end mandatory masks requirements and end workplace vaccination mandates that conflict with workplace occupational health and safety legislation in any event. We will not allow any socially divisive “health” policies like QR codes and vaccine passports to divide Australians again.
• Our policies involve flattening the curve (not elimination), illustratively:
  • special precautions for the elderly and those with co-morbidities.
  • voluntary social distancing.
  • people to stay at home when sick.
  • hand washing by the people.

No Mandatory Vaccines

• Our plan rejects the idea of mandatory vaccines for any sector of the community or workforce and insists on full informed consent. 
• We reject the Liberal Party’s attempt to exempt vaccine companies from full criminal and civil liability for any harm caused.
• Trumpet of Patriots will fully investigate and pursue any corporation or agency (international and domestic) that has willingly misled the Australian people.
• We reject the idea of experimental covid vaccines being even offered to children below the age of 18. 
• We reject mass QR codes and mass contact testing based on PCR tests which are known not to be suitable for any diagnostic purpose.
• We want the urgent rollout of any proven and therapeutic prophylactic remedies for covid. The Australian drug regulator needs to answer serious questions as to why they withdrew these products, denying Australians access to preventative medications that save lives.

Transparency And Honesty By Government

• The government must always provide information transparently to the Australian people.
• Asymptomatic transmission is a lie: There is overwhelming scientific evidence that covid does not transmit asymptomatically. 
• True disclosure of the severity of covid:  Only deaths and hospitalisations (with and without co-morbidities) should be published along with comparative statistics against other daily deaths in Australia so the public can determine the genuine severity of the disease in the Australian population. Cases of flu-like illnesses that are not hospitalised never needed to be reported.
• Disclose scientific underpinnings: We want the government to publish a list of peer-reviewed scientific papers to evaluate whether lockdowns, mask-wearing and border closures work and whether PCR tests are even suitable for the purpose for which these have been used. The studies must be independently produced by experts who have no conflicts of interest (such as links with the pharmaceutical industry). This will allow people to make up their own minds about what they wish to take, therapeutics, covid jabs or both.

Establish An Independent Drugs Advisory Board

• The government must establish a truly independent vaccine and drugs advisory board that does not have any members with financial conflicts of interest or connections to groups with a direct interest. 
• The Board will review whether the provisional ‘emergency use’ approval of the vaccines by the TGA was independently reviewed by it, or whether the industry paid for the reviews. 
• The Board will review whether therapeutic drugs, like Ivermectin, were not reviewed by the TGA because they have not been funded by the industry. 
• The people need to understand why the TGA outlawed therapeutic drugs like ‘ivermectin’ despite international studies and experiences to the contrary.

Review The Actions of Government

• Trumpet of Patriots will commission a Covid Justice Royal Commission to inquire into all actions by the government and the statistics it has purveyed, to determine a balanced and truthful position about the actions taken by governments.
• The Commission will review all Australian reported covid deaths and determine if covid were the primary cause of death or whether there were other co-existing conditions and causes.
• It will undertake a review of all statements made by public and elected officials to assess whether these statements have, in any way, misled the Australian people. These reviews will be made public and available to all Australians.
• It will undertake an independent review of the cost of the pandemic to the Australian economy and publish these reviews to the Australian people.
• It will review all recommendations by global organisations of which Australia is a member or signatory, and where deliberate or inadvertent errors are found, damages and compensation will be recommended for the Australian people whether the respondent is a country or organisation. 

Review Of Freedoms in Australia

• Trumpet of Patriots will review all legislation and regulations made during the pandemic period, at a State and Federal level, assess the legality of these legislative reforms and seek to reverse legislation, regulations and or directives that have diminished the rights of any Australian citizen.
• Trumpet of Patriots will publish a draft Australian bill of rights that will be made available to all Australians to review and provide feedback. Subject to the feedback, we may seek a referendum to offer the Australian people a bill of rights so that no state, territory, or federal government can ever seek to diminish the democracy of Australians again.
