As CEO of Library Management Australia and former lecturer at five Australian universities, Dr. Kelly has led initiatives to strengthen knowledge systems, public accountability and decision-making processes. He holds a Doctorate in Information Science from the University of South Australia and an MBA from Murdoch Business School. Previous leadership roles include Director of St John Ambulance Tasmania and Public Libraries Australia.
